The Witt axial fan range is one of the most comprehensive of any manufacturer in the world. Different casing geometries, causing thickness and the material is available for the various impeller types.

Axial-Flow Fans are commonly used in shafts for tunnel ventilation or for exhausting fumes / smoke from the tunnel. This fan will extract fumes/smoke in the event of a fire.

Our range of axial-flow fans is distinguished by a large number of different standard designs. The different impeller hub-diameter ratios enable us to satisfy a very large range of volume flow rate / pressure combinations for most types of installations.

Our axial fan impellers all have aerofoil blades with high efficiencies and favourable noise ratings. The electric motors are normally supported symmetrically, without feet disturbing the flow. The blade angle can be adjusted at standstill, a big advantage when (for example) a duct system is modified.
The aerodynamically shaped impellers are made from corrosion resistant cast-aluminium alloy -which gives a good life expectancy for the motor bearings.
